	VEHICLE Data Base: Detailed Vehicle Database with complete vehicle repair history reports available.
	INVENTORY Database: Accurate parts inventory as well as accounting of product sales.  Inventory can be marked up by margin or individually priced.
	EIC CHARGES (Environmental Impact Charge): Choose your own specific rate for product waste disposal added to customer invoicing automatically as a line item.
	SERVICE CODE Database: Assign Labor Prices & Descriptions to your different services.
	EMPLOYEE & TECH Database: Keep track of which Tech performed the Repair in Workorders.
	WORKORDER Menu: Easily create Workorders!  Enter the PA Tag number and VIPER automatically finds the Customer & Vehicle Data and inserts it into the Workorder for you.  Each Workorder consists of 3 Screens to complete one single Workorder.  Click on the thumbnail images provided to view each screen: Screen 1: Customer & Vehicle data. We recommend an annual system check on VIPER.  This is to insure your program is benefiting you at its maximum potential.  Many office PC systems become contaminated through usage.  This low cost annual maintenance will ensure your program is running with no problems. 

Many automotive-based businesses have PC systems in ‘shop’ environments.  These environments allow dirt and dust to collect in the PC.  Over time this will cause potential major problems if not cleaned and maintained.  We recommend a semi-annual complete system cleaning in these cases.  This low cost maintenance can save you in the long run from complete PC replacement.
